I was a very dull student before coming to Indian American Academy. IAA taught me how to reach the top.
The Indian American Academy teachers were very encouraging, and they taught us how to behave properly.
Once we graduated IAA and joined high school, we noticed that the other kids behaved very arrogantly. Teachers would point to us, the IAA graduates, and use us as examples of proper behavior.
We also developed strong reading and writing skills at IAA because we had access to the library and were given books to read. Even now, we know we can always visit the library and get more books if we want.
The kids we are surrounded with now come from more wealth, and we are so thankful to IAA for giving us a proper foundation so we can compete with them. We miss IAA, and the fun we had here cannot be replaced.
